Dr. Katina Clarke, a United States Air Force veteran, brings over two decades of college teaching experience to her role as the social sciences department chair at the Delaware Tech Wilmington campus. Her professional background includes experience as a mental health counselor in various communities and higher education institutions, including Wesley College and Cambridge University in England.
